- Civy Originals & Accessories: Eligible for return/exchange within 10 days if in original, unworn condition.

- Team Jerseys (Inspired/Replica): Because these are often printed-to-order or specialized seasonal runs, we offer exchanges for sizing, but full refunds are only issued for manufacturing defects.

Return Conditions

- Items must be unwashed and have tags attached.

- Personalized items (e.g., jerseys with custom names/numbers) are Final Sale and cannot be returned unless there is a physical defect in the garment.

Shipping Costs

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for "change of mind" returns.
